UNPLEASANT Overcharged for every visit. The staff argues and tries to make you look stupid when you can obviously show they have overcharged you. The Doctor hides behind his staff, but surely knows that they are not good. Your name is on it Sir, fire the trouble. I’m not the only person complaining surely.
Dr. Winters and his interns did a fantastic job. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in years and I received great care and was put at ease. I really enjoyed the education and advice I received from the interns from Incarnate Word University. Thanks again!
Bruce Winter was exceedingly rude. I have never been treated so poorly. He talked about me passive aggressively to his assistant with me in the room, didn’t ask me any questions about my condition, and didn’t listen when I volunteered information. I will not be returning. Do not waste your money at this office. Go anywhere else.
Dr. Winters is a gregarious man with many years of experience. His staff is nice & personable, and they do a good job.
Dr was referred by ER Dr. Line busy over an hour. Finally able to leave message, no one called me back.
