I went to Walmart on November 11 for a package of tortillas and other groceries. I always check the expiration date, and all the tortilla packages had expired on October 29. Good Job Walmart
They are constantly moving items location causing me to spend a lot of time searching. The labels for the aisles are hard to read at an angle. Stocking seems to be constant causing foot traffic problems and an inability to access items that you need. By far the most severe problem is the lack of human check out stations. I do not use the scanners. I do not want to learn to use the scanners. There seems to always be traffic congestion and the lack of human check out stations aggravates the issue. Finally, it seems I usually get a cart with a square wheel or two where you can hear me coming from a long distance. It is very annoying!
Clean store. Great inventory. Friendly staff. Just wish the checkers were a little more talkative. They’re friendly but minimal interaction. Some I can barely hear them speak.
Takes way too long to pick up your groceries once you pre-order them. Waited an hour for someone to bring them out. No one answered the phone in customer service. At that point I should of just picked them myself at least they would of been quicker. Next time I will drive out of town for groceries. Not impressed; will take a lot of work to regain my families business.
Out of all of the Walmarts I have ever been in this one is the best. The overall store is tidy and clean. The staff are always busy putting products on shelves. Staff are friendly and courteous.
