We were so impressed with our visit today! From the time we arrived, our appointments with Dr. Williams, to picking out our new glasses, everything was fantastic! Dr. Williams is the greatest! He was thorough and easy to talk with. The selection was great too. Thanks for making this a great appointment!
I cannot recommend this office highly enough. From the quality of the eye exam to the care taken in helping me choose my glasses, every part of the experience was excellent. What truly stood out was their integrity and customer service. After USPS marked my glasses as delivered, the package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor and went missing for several weeks. Throughout the entire ordeal, they were patient, responsive, and willing to work with me to make things right. Fortunately, a neighbor eventually returned the package, but their willingness to stand behind their patient before that happened speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. If you’re looking for an eye care provider that genuinely cares about their patients and stands behind their work, I would recommend them without hesitation.
The staff and the doctors are professional and kind. The whole office has a welcoming atmosphere. It was my first time seeing an eye doctor and it was a painless and easy process to get my subscription glasses. I highly recommend Buckeye Vision.
The entire staff is so friendly, personable and always go above and beyond to make sure you find what you like. They have a wide variety and the patience for you to go through the process without feeling rushed. They actually enjoy what they do and it shows! Highly recommend 😊
I’ve just started back to Buckeye Vision after being at Lens Crafters for many years due to changes in insurance. As far as staff from front desk to choosing the right frames everyone was great. My only complaint is getting in touch via phone was difficult to get an appointment set up (found out you can text and I did get a quick response at that point) and the cost for frames and lenses is a little higher than I’m used to which I know they don’t have total control over. Glad to have a good eye doctor close to home again.
