Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I scheduled an appointment and they called me back the next day trying to reschedule. I work 7 days a week, and had one day off for this. They said it would be a remote visit. The appointment takes 2 hours because after leaving the FaceTime video with the doctor the people at the counter can't find the brand or prescription of contacts the doctor selected. Was told they did a "diagnostic" prescription. Tried to give me a proscription that was locked and wouldn't be able to get contacts with. Took from 9:30am well past noon. The remote doctor wrote me a prescription for contacts they didn't have in stock. They didn't want to let me leave with a prescription I can order contacts somewhere else with.

I came with my daughter for her eye exam and to get glasses for her.the person that waited on her was Brian, so while she was having her eye exam i asked Brian if he could help me because I had my prescription from eye doctor he said that he could. He was so knowledgeable on everything. I'm a senior and on MediGold he looked up what I could get from MediGold. I looked for my glasses and found what I liked and he took alot of time with me and was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Brian for his knowledge and experience in helping me. He was wonderful!!

Had to go a total of 5 times to get my glasses close to right and still my old prescription is better. They messed up the focal point of my lenses twice. And the glasses were much more expensive than advertised. This was my 2nd year going there and illvnever go back.

I went in with a budget, a wonderful woman named Angel helped me out sooo much when we got to the end and I was $56 over what I had available. She worked her magic & got me almost $100 below what I thought I was spending! 5/5, will be back again!!

Have been coming here for the past few years. I have not had any negative experience with this location. You can easily schedule your appointment online and you have the option to edit/confirm/cancel/reschedule. Very easy to navigate. You can also do all your paperwork prior to the appointment (they send it to you via automated e-mail after you book the appointment). The wait time is reasonable. I was brought in shortly after I checked in. After the initial examination, I waited about 20 minutes. Something I would like to share with everyone is their Eyecare Club. For just $10 more (in addition to the $119 for contact exam), your exam for the next 3 years are covered and you can't beat that. Contact exam includes eyeglass exam just FYI so you'll have two prescriptions when you're done. They also send you home with a trial pair of contacts at no extra cost. These guys are not pushy and they fully respect patient's decision if you don't wish to purchase anything during your visit. These guys are also transparent and have never tried to sneak anything extra on me. I was told today during my visit that this location was doing telehealth for a little while but they now have Dr. Morgan in the building. Dr. Morgan was very thorough, personable and answered all my questions. I saw Tia for check out. She was also super friendly and helped answer all my questions despite being very busy. Caitlin helped with the initial examination and she was very kind and efficient. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough.
