I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. From the moment you walk in, the front desk ladies are incredibly sweet, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They truly make you feel cared for and valued as a patient, which is so rare to find. Dr. Tencza is absolutely amazing. Not only is he knowledgeable and thorough, but he always takes the time to have meaningful conversations and makes his patients feel comfortable and understood. Every appointment feels personal instead of rushed, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he sees every day.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Tencza for over a decade now. My whole family does. Every appointment he makes it fun, shares something interesting and is always professional and thorough but also gets me out of there and on my way. The entire staff here is amazing. High tech, clean, friendly and cookies and coffee in the waiting room, too.👍

I have been going to Focal Pointe for years. Dr. Terry is excellent at explaining everything that’s going on! He also provided a personal review of the contacts he suggested to me. I never have a problem getting samples of new contacts! They truly care about making sure you are comfortable with your contacts :) Incredible staff - everyone is professional and friendly!
