Staff are very helpful and friendly! Dr. Hughes was very informative and thorough throughout my eye exam! Staff are very knowledgeable, thoughtful and not pushy with any of their questions nor sells tactics with glasses or items. It was my understanding that I had complete control of my choices and they were there to help me along the way! Emma was great in helping me select my glasses and explained the process! I have recommended Hughes to friends and family many times over and will continue to do so.

I had a lovely experience here yesterday. I came in for a routine eye appointment. The front staff were very pleasant and nice. I was called me back in a timely manner by the nurse who was kind and explained everything to me. The doctor was also nice and walked me through the process and explained my eye conditions. I was fitted for glasses by another member of their staff and she was just as nice. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I will be recommending them!

Dr. Hughes has the patience of Job from the Bible. She listened to me for an hour and a half. Some people would rather throw themselves in a raging river rather than listen to me. In between that her eye care was great as always. She truly cares. I highly recommend her. I can see again because of her. .so how cool is that!
