Great staff and environment all were such a big help on helping me pick out a pair of frames that I was struggling with. It took less than a week for me to get my glasses back and I’ve never been happier.

This is my first google review. I guess I know why they have a 3 star. I work in the same building this place is located. I went for my appointment paid $15 for my exam and $25 for my co pay for my glasses. They said they would be here in 2 weeks. I went back to check on them they said I wasn’t in the system. They all know me because like I said we all work in the same building. The girl that took care of me told them I wasn’t going to come back. Which is a lie, and she refused to speak to me. They all witnessed me getting glasses, another lady suggested they might have put me under the wrong name. Told me to come back in an hour so I did. Then they gave me excuses on why I couldn’t speak to the manager. They are so unprofessional and disappointing. I will never go back after they stole from me and now trying to cover it up. I work in this building.

Dr Kennedy is wonderful. Techs are wonderful. U all eased my butterflies. You are a blessing God Bless 🙌 🙏

I made an appointment with them and handed them my insurance card when i did so, asking if they took my insurance. They went ahead and scheduled me so I assumed they did take my insurance. I waited for the appointment, drove to the appointment from the other side of town on my day off, got checked in, did the paperwork, and then they called me back. Not until AFTER they started doing the initial tests did they tell me I was out of network. I was so irritated I just left. What a colossal waste of time. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating.

I love this place. Friendly staff and a nice, positive vibe. You can tell people enjoy what they do. 🤓
