The amount of incompetence this office displayed is hard to fit into a single review. Start with the fact that I CHANGED INSURANCE COMPANIES and waited 2 months for it to activate because the receptionist told me they accepted that specific company. When I came for my appointment, they told me that wasn’t accurate and charged me out of pocket. WHY DID I CHANGE INSURANCE ON THEIR BEHALF THEN?? Then they couldn’t get my prescription right and it took 2 visits to accomplish. I’ve worn contacts my entire life and this woman had me putting on 8 different pairs. Because they got my prescription wrong the first time, they ended up ordering glasses in that same incorrect prescription. when they re-ordered the correct ones. They gave me extremely hard time about not bringing the old $10 frames back. Never once was it mentioned nor do I have any use for the old frames, but I wasn’t going back to the house for something that I did not make a mistake over. The short overweight woman who handles those affairs was extremely entitled and beyond rude for zero reason. Fast forward to yesterday, and more Incompetence ensued. I had a contact rip and needed an emergency box of lenses. As per usual, they did not answer the phone which is a reoccurring theme so I went physically to their location. There was a sign on the door saying they apologize that they were closed temporarily for that day. Today I was told that that location is always closed on Tuesday. Yet there’s no mention of this online or in the voice recording when you call. I ended up going to America’s best in Lancaster and not only did they get my prescription right within 10 minutes, but I can see better than I have been able to in a year. THIS OFFICE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IS A TERRIBLE.

Glasses broke after wearing them 2 days. They are just focused on getting your money. I will be expecting a full refund and not just a quick fix. Horrible service and quality of products

Front desk staff were very nice. The optometrist was absolutely rude and abrasive. Treated both my husband and I like she did not want to be there and because of all this my contacts do not fit properly. I can not afford another box of them. My husband's glasses do not fit his face properly as they never had him come in to adjust them when they came in. Took over a month for my contacts to come in. Normally takes days. Will never go here again. I don't care if our insurance says free. Absolutely a waste.

I went in needing either an office visit or an exam. The doctor didn't even see me and was making the decision up to me if I needed an office visit or an exam. I feel like the Dr. Should have at least seen me so he/she (not sure because I didn't even get to meet the Dr.) could determine if I needed an office visit or an exam. Left Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed, and I'm still blind.

This is the best Eye place I know of. As a mom of 5, being able to go to a place that has kind people working and aren't rude is amazing. I know it also may be small but my little is very happy that they fixed his glasses for him today. He is very glad, "no more tape mom!" 😁 Updated 10/2024: Unfortunately, they no longer accept our insurance.
