First time patient at this office and the experience was so incredible. Flexible appointment options, kind lady at the front desk, and an excellent, knowledgeable, thorough doctor. Received an appointment reminder, receptionist was able to pull up my insurance/coverage information with just name and DOB. Dr. Thomas explained everything as he examined. He did not rush through the appointment and took down a detailed medical history. Everything was explained so well. Seriously, I have never had this thorough of an eye examination. I will continue coming here in the future and will also bring my kids here for their future appointments. Highly recommend! Ignore the older, negative reviews. This level of care is rare, come check it out for yourself.

The doctor is excellent here. His exams are thorough and he will take care of all your vision needs. They also did a great job getting me started with contact lenses. I recently did not use insurance to get new lenses for my glasses because insurance won't cover both lenses and contacts. By not using insurance my glasses were ready in about a week and the lenses were way better than normal. If you can afford it, I highly recommend not having insurance make your lenses and either just pay out of pocket or get reimbursed so you can have the doctor take care of the lenses.
My family and I have been going to Buck Family Eye Care now for a few years and have had a great experience. This is one of the first eye care centers I have been to where the doctor doesn't just diagnose your vision and provide correction but there is comprehensive approach to eye health. Dr. Thomas is very thorough, clear and makes time to address all of our concerns. I highly recommend this practice and this doctor.
Hands down the best specialist I have ever been to. I saw Dr. Thomas after bouncing around from one horrible optometrist to another. I was used to machinery old than me, half-answered questions, and doctors using their own fingers to get the contacts out of their packaging. Then I came here and all of that changed. Dr. Thomas has been nothing but professional and polite. He answers all of my questions in enough detail to satisfy my curiosity and in layman's terms so I understand everything. The equipment he uses is modern and I know I am in safe hands, I did have an issue with staff calling me to let me know my glasses had arrived, but the confidence I have in the doctor is more than enough to overlook that. Update: I couldn't take the poor administrative end and had to go elsewhere. While being the only flaw with the practice, it can be a big one if you are trying to get information or what you order.
