Dr. Tony and the entire staff are always courteous, friendly and very helpful! Treat each patient with kindness. Make each visit a pleasure. Explain every process they perform. Very happy with their service, always!!! Been a patient there for years! Be sure to check them out!
It’s actually fun at this place! Everyone at Insight Eye Care is professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. They truly are a great team, and they love dogs! 🐶 Dr Tony’s jokes are the corniest best ever. Every single staff member is great. And big thanks to Jen and Kyle for today’s visit !
I brought my elderly mom in for an eye exam. My mom is in a wheelchair. During the preliminary testing, the tech assisted me with getting her into and out of the wheel/exam chair (above and beyond what is expected or listed in her job criteria). When she saw the Dr (who is amazing and personable, great sense of humor) started his tests I had to leave abruptly. When I returned (about 30 minutes later) my mom was all set to go. They had everything scheduled for her consult with an eye surgeon and even had her back in her wheelchair and waiting for me. This place is hands down AMAZING!
I have had such a great experience with Insight! This is the second year I have been seen by them. I’m so glad my family has switched to this location. Everyone has been top notch. Appointments are easy to schedule, the Dr. is very accommodating and super friendly. My glasses arrived on time and they were able to replace my lenses on last year’s glasses that I’d scratched up pretty bad. The staff are wonderful! I never felt pressured to be up sold to something the I didn’t really need. The prices are much better than what I had paid at the other eyewear office in Lockport. Thank you for proving such great service!
5 stars hands down, Dr.Glose examnined my eyes today and thoroughly explained everything. This is also a great place to get your glasses, large selection of different name brands at decent prices!!! I highly recommend going to Insight on third Ave in Niagara Falls for all of your eye care needs!!!
