Came here for the first time and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I've had in a doctors office. When I tell you everyone was so kind and sweet I mean EVERYONE. You can tell they enjoy what they do want to make you feel cared for. Especially front desk taking extra steps with insurance stuff. 10000/5 stars ❤️
I highly recommend Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare. The wait time is minimal. I waited less than 10 minutes. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well managed. They have a state of the art building with a surgical center. Their optical boutique has a wide range of styles. The doctors there are the best. They provide exceptional care from diagnosis to recovery. They listen and make you feel valued and cared for. I found the medical team exceptional.
Everyone at the surgical center couldn't have been nicer. The sign in desk very caring. Pre-op very thorough and able to understand explanation, operating room ,every step explained and so sweet. Very caring and helpful from post-op all the way to the car. Follow up next day, couldn't have been nicer and the over all experience was great.
Every step of my cataract surgery was handled in a friendly, professional manner. The facility is stunning and comfortable and the entire staff of technicians, nurses, and doctors are devoted to providing the best possible care. Highly recommended.
I knew from the night I went to one of their informational seminars to see if I might be a candidate for eye surgery in order to get rid of my glasses hopefully for good. After that seminar I made an appt. In a timely manner I had a consultation and full eye examination with Dr. Endl. After discussing procedure knowing his knowledge, experience, and the time he took with explaining everything to me along with answering all of my questions that I felt very comfortable, and confident with Dr. Endl to set up a date to have cataracts removed and also PanOptix Lens replacement done in both eyes in 2024. I am very pleased and thankful with the care and follow up visits that I received from Dr. Endl and Dr. Elmer. Also, their staff very caring, helpful and friendly!
