The receptionist is always busy but does a great job greeting all who enter. She apologizes for her delay and is friendly & pleasant. The person who checks you first is friendly as well. Dr. Amanda Fink is great. She reviews your records and any changes. She took my IOP and was pleased with her reading. We will maintain 1 drop each eye as it's working. Love Dr. Amanda. She was recommended by Marcy Scollay and is as GREAT as I was told. Have been going here for years.

From the supporting staff to the medical professionals nothing but outstanding service! Dr. Chhedi is very knowledgeable and knows her practice well. She was thorough on her examinations and educated me on taking care of my eyes. I highly recommend the Eye Professionals especially Dr. Chhedi.

I have been a long standing patient of Amanda and when Mr. Fink were in their practice. The care you receive is really good. My only issue is wait time. My time is valuable and not seeing the dr 45-50 minutes after my scheduled appointment is not good and the reason for the score.

All the office staff is very sweet. The location is great. The place is clean. And my doctor is attentive and aware of my specific medical needs. I also like that they have an optician on site if I need new glasses. I haven’t had a bad experience at any time. The doctor is very professional and has a wonderful demeanor, as well as being knowledgeable and detective.

Every visit is done in a timely manner and yet you never feel rushed when being seen. So they time their patients perfectly. You always feel heard and Dr. Cheddi spends time explaining and getting answers. I highly recommend this practice.
