I went to Visionworks in Maple Shade and the staff were super friendly and so patient in helping me try to decide which pair of glasses I was going to purchase. And the Dr who did my eye exam was SO good. Really took her time with me and explained a lot about what was going on with my vision. I would highly recommend using Visionworks.

The people here are GREAT! Isa was the girl that did my paperwork and she is absolutely wonderful, funny, smart and cheerful! She even greeted me by name as soon as I walked in the door, which totally surprised me but was really nice 😁 Isa is a total sweetheart! I've been to other eye doctors that just rushed through the exam so fast that it totally stressed me out, but Dr. Abbate took her time and made sure I was totally comfortable. She was informative and very thorough, on top of being kind and friendly 😁 From now on, I will only see Dr. Abbate! All in all it was the best experience I've ever had at the eye doctors solely due to competency and pleasantness of the people ☺️

My experience at this location (Mt Laurel, NJ) has been terrible. I had an appointment today and was turned away because I was 8min late. Never was told about their 10min grace period btw. And when I asked I was met with “well every doctors office has a grace period” so nonchalantly by the manager. I drove 30min to get to my appointment, and was told they were trying to contact me however the girl who I scheduled with in person failed to make sure they had the most up to date contact information for me. So they were calling the wrong number. After being turned away I called to speak to a manager. I was met with a very robotic “I’m sorry for the inconvenience ” I was highly upset because I was counting on my appointment today because my glasses recently broke and I was looking to be able to order more today. Now I have to go two weeks without being able to fully see because of their negligence. I’ve worked at a doctors office before and it’s mandatory that when a patient comes in to make an appointment, you confirm their information. I want them to be held accountable for their actions and failure to right their wrong. The manager didn’t even offer to squeeze me in later, I had to ask if that was possible. But was given a time three hours after my initial appointment time. I live 30min away and have other things to do. The fact that I was offered such a late time slot shows no consideration for my time as well. I am never going back to this location. It’s not worth the drive. Sadly theirs another one that’s abit farther, but my experience there hasn’t been bad so I have to make the additional travel now to go to that one. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone who values themselves, their time, and efforts not go to this location as they don’t seem to care about yours.

The process was very smooth and quick. All the associates and Dr.s were friendly and broke everything down so that it was easy to understand. I believe the woman who helped me was named Isa, highly recommend asking for her. She was great

Dr. Liu was wonderful! She was very attentive and patient. She addressed all my concerns and issues. I would highly recommend her!
