My experiences with Dr. Garin have been great. I think this office as a whole could really work on their communication and professionalism. I've never encountered a medical office that answers the phone "hello?" vs "this is so-and-so's office". I wish they were more communicative about all the tests they do and why they're doing them.
Dr. Zuckerbrod did my cataract surgery 2 weeks ago. I had a very strong prescription and now I don't need to wear glasses. He has been performing cataract surgery for many years so he has alot of experience and is a very skilled surgeon. The practice has been there for a very long time and the staff and doctors care about their patients, I highly recommend them.
I waited 2 hours in a crowded waiting room, with an unattended child using their IPad with the sound on too loud. Then the parent remained in the waiting room after completion of their appointment and proceeded to make personal phone calls. By the time I saw the Dr., I thought I'd lost my mind. And I wasn't alone in my thoughts, I heard the other waiting patients muttering about the noise as well. I made the Dr very aware there should be rules, their waiting room is insufficient and the wait time was unbelievable! I will never go back there! And that's supposed to be health care? Pitiful..
Best experience for my cataract surgeries. Whole staff were helpful and nice. Dr did both my eyes and I have no complaints
My child and I had a really good experience here. I found this place through my insurance, saw a lot of good reviews through that portal for this place. Tried it out and they were really good with us! They were super nice and the place was very clean. They knew how to work with my child and they were very thorough with the exams. My child picked out some very nice glasses and the office has a nice little selection. I’m happy I didn’t experience what others may have but they were really good with us. I’m very picky about where I take us, especially my child. So if I am making a good review, that means for now, they’ve passed the test! I do recommend this place!
