There's a quiet, friendly atmosphere and everyone is polite and patient. They even offered to order in some frames in different colors just so I could see them in person to help make a decision. They were also very patient while I took my time to look around at all their offered frames. The eye doctor is very knowledgeable and willing to explain things in detail so I always feel at ease about my eye health.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The Dr. Is personable and authentic. She genuinely cares instead of trying to make money. She has a human quality that all Healthcare workers need!

They took the time to explain everything that would be happening, which made me feel at ease, and my wait time was very short. This was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Hubbard took the time to review my history, discuss previous problems I've had, how I could manage recurrences and when to be seen. She explained everything she checked and why it was important. Office staff were very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Lara is absolutely amazing! She truly goes above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met and always makes me feel cared for and valued as a patient. Her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit a wonderful experience.
