Walked in to get my safety glasses fixed/ replaced. Lawrence was very helpful and patient. Worked with me on my options and also helped me understand them options. Finally found my set and walked out a happy buyer!
Had a pleasant shopping experience with Jasmine at the Lenscrafters in Jackson, Tennessee. Would definitely recommend this location and will definitely shop here again when it is time for new glasses.
Went in on vacation had an appointment waited over a hr to have the rudest dr in my life. She walked out saying I needed to go back to where I came from and didn’t need or want my money
I am Very Unsatisfied with this place for the simple reason that their hours say they are open until 8pm today and I was here at 7:25pm and they are closed and completely locked up! This is the second day in a row I have drove an hour and 15 minutes to get here to pick up my four hundred and something dollar pair of glasses and they have closed early!!!! Yesterday it had been storming so I thought it was probably due to that but this evening the whether is fine!! You don’t advertise a business to be open certain hours and then just close up and go home when ever you feel like it and for that reason I will definitely not be back to this place after I get my glasses, that is if I ever catch them open to where I can get them!!!
Went and had glasses done had the works done on the lenses. They got the prescription wrong, and they did it. There went back to fix it. Got it wrong again. They'll only warranty the glasses a month. And they start it at the point you walk in there. And buy your first pair. So by the time everything's done with them doing the next pair. My warranty's up and I'm stuck with a bad pair of glasses.
