This office has the worst caring front office staff more interested with eating, gossiping, joking and not caring for patients. They answer and hang up phone calls then call it an accident it appears as no one supervises them. I was supposed to have surgery and no one sent Rx for antibiotic I called got hung up on several times, left messages no one returned calls. Dr services were good but if you can’t get hold of dr bc office staff won’t answer can you really feel comfortable?

I had a very disappointing experience here. April, who assists with glasses and fittings, was rude and came across as argumentative instead of helpful. When I first went in, the front desk staff couldn’t even look up my glasses because my name had been entered incorrectly. I called back the next day to try to resolve the issue, and April was again rude, unhelpful, and took no accountability for the mistake. Instead of working toward a solution, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the atmosphere felt unprofessional, and I didn’t feel welcomed or respected as a customer. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes steps to improve professionalism and accountability.

This is not the first time this has happened. I've gone to this office at least two or three times during their posted business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM), and they were closed. I've shown up at 4:20 PM and no one was there. I've also gone at 8:05 AM and they still weren't open. On top of that, they don't return phone calls. It's very frustrating and inconvenient when a medical office is not consistent with their stated hours and doesn't communicate with patients. If you post business hours, they should be accurate and reliable.

I go to the CA Eye Clinic In Brentwood. I have specific eye conditions which require an ophthalmologist for all of my appointments. I’ve never had a problem finding a date and time that fits my schedule. Because of special eye needs that involved passport and DMV forms, including and emergency visit, the staff has been efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. The optical is equally as friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient as I also have special requirements for lenses and frames. This location and its doctors and staff is a win-win for me.

Very rude. I called twice and the girl who answered asked to put me on hold. The first time I said yes and sat on , hold until it hung up on me.. so I called back and again , she asked to put me on hold , and when I said no I was just put on hold and hung up on , she puts me on hold anyway , and sends me to voicemail..
