California Oaks Vision Center Of Optometry

This is the best Vision Center I have ever been to. For many years I went to the same company for my eye care however that company was no longer able to provide what I needed. I found California Oaks Vision Center and I have received the best eye care, including product and service. They were very patient, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Everyone in the office was great. I was helped by Celine, she is a superstar, taking the best care of my vision needs and making sure I was happy, give her a raise. This is my new eye care Vision Center that I will always return to. Thank you so much

They were helpful as soon as I opened the front door. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Dr. Poole was very concerned about how I treat my eyes and explained the risks I was taking. So important to have doctors that care.

I returned to pick up my glasses Yonnalys is amazing in the optical sales department. I have worked with others and they were ok but I really appreciate Yonnalys. If your happy with who you get great but if you feel like it’s not going well ask for her she will take very good care of you. Thank you so much. Amazing experience. My husband and I hadn’t had an eye exam in a few years. We’re getting older and wanted more in depth testing and that’s what we got. Dr.Evans & staff are thorough , not rushed & her explanation of our exam results was easy to understand. Staff helped us both pick out new eyeglass frames ( great selection ! )on the spot too. Altogether a very positive experience .

Aaron was a breath of fresh air. He explained more to me in 20 minutes than any optometry office I've patronized in 20 years. Dr Lewis, was very informative. He explained things to me that I've wondered about, but no one took the time to give me answers. The front of house is friendly and accommodating. When I went to choose my frames, Gloria couldn't have been more helpful. Again explaining things about my insurance I didn't understand. The 2 year warranty for new frames and lenses is such a relief. You don't have to feel it's a one time shot, by making choices you are not clear about. I left today feeling the entire team was there for me. 8 only wish I'd found them sooner. I'm here for the long run now. Cindy Gamble
