Since Dr. Wilson has retired the service at this office has diminished. They seem to be closed more than they are open and cancel your appt. Two days prior due to the new doctor not accepting your insurance. I have been with Dr. Wilson for over ten years and he was a great local. Sorry Bear Creek but I am done.
I had my first eye exam ever and the team was wonderful. They were very informative, answered all my questions, and explained everything they were doing. The office was very calm and relaxing and the team was very welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend!
The examine was great and did an awesome job, but the order of the glasses were a major rip off and Bailey didn't advise that sales were final even though I cancelled with the first 12 hours of the order. When contacted, she said all the managers are out on vacation for the week. RIP OFF
Dr. Chen and team are always wonderful. All my questions are answered and explained. They are very knowledgeable, and patiently worked with me in my specific requirements regarding glasses for reading piano music.
