Doctor Lee is excellent!! Super friendly and compassionate. However the older receptionist is so rude. It's clear she doesn't want to be there. She probably needs a service class or just work on her manners. A bit of advise to Dr. Lee, please get her to be like you or replace her, you might start losing patients just because of her. To the receptionist - maybe go back to school to get educated.
Dr. Annie Le is amazing! She takes her time and really works with her patients to get accurate prescriptions. My whole family sees her for glasses and she is excellent. She even taught my daughter how to put on her contacts!!!!
Wonderful experience, wait times are never long with appointments. Dr. Annie Le is always professional and keeps nice vibes through the exam. My go to spot for yearly exams.
First off, loved Dr. Le. She was very nice and made the exam comfortable. For her alone I would give it 5 stars. Hownot right. The last time I explained I was moving & asked if they could put a rush on it, her receptionist said "nothing they could do". So, needless to say they were not ready by the time I had to leave and they charged "ME" $10 to ship because "I'm the one who wanted to change my prescription" which is totally false. I explained to this girl AGAIN they did not fit my head. The 1st pair was so lose they fell right off my face. Totally useless. She should of had me try them on in the office and make sure they were good. So, they order me a second pair, this time the bifocal is nit in the middle but on the very bottom, what the heck? How on earth could anyone use these. So I tell them once again, I can't use these. She agrees to send me another pair, but I chose to do 2 different glasses this time thinking it would make my chances better of being useful. Wrong, after I paid $10 for shipping I left them a message making sure they will fit my head. Nope, so now I have 2 pairs in the drawer at work and im back to my dollar tree glasses.
Dr. Annie is the most kind healthcare professional I have ever come across. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Always goes above and beyond for her patients, I was able to walk in and be seen for questions and concerns I had. Throughout the years she has had a friendly and knowledgeable disposition and always has made me feel comfortable. I'm looking forward to scheduling my routine eye exam.
