Total vision is awesome. Everyone here is so extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Connor is awesome and was great with getting the perfect prescriptions for me and my family. Steve was amazing and helping us clearly understand my vision benefits in detail and make the whole process of funding the perfect glasses. You can tell that everyone there really cares about their customers and aren’t there to over sell you. definitely recommend Total Vision.

The glasses they sold me are of very low quality and have fallen apart 2 times so far, the metal arms of the glasses turn green like fake gold and the metal is very low quality as well. Their lenses scratch easily, I've never had a pair of glasses scratch this easily.

The receptionist staff and Dr. Connor and Steve we’re so kind and patient and educated me on my benefits and what was available to me. Great quality of service and extremely knowledgeable and helpful to their patients.

These guys are literally the best out there. I tilt my hat to a worker named Steve there. When I was first learning and getting my glasses, he made sure that I got the best deal possible. On top of that he was very clear about everything! He broke the hardest stuff down so well a child could understand it. Which leads me to my last thing. I accidentally broke my glasses 😔. But thanks to what steve told me earlier, I knew I could call. I should be getting my new frame next week sometime 😃 😊. You guys go above and beyond for your customers. Each one of you are some of the nicest people I've come across honestly. You have a customer for life, thank you.
