Beautiful office, great people, the most thorough exam. Everyone I encountered during my first visit there was extremely kind, helpful, professional. When my husband picked me up the first thing I said to him, “ I’m never going anywhere else from now on!”
I like my glasses a lot but felt like they took a long time to get back. Also, at the exam a test was mentioned and was told it wasn’t covered by insurance so I said I don’t need it this time. I’m soft spoken and know people have trouble hearing me. I try to correct it when I realize it. It was money I didn’t budget for so I didn’t want to pay out of pocket cost. I don’t think they heard me because I got a $45 extra charge and I didn’t know which machine was new considering the last eye exam was forever ago. So I had the test not knowing it was the new machine they were talking about initially. Glasses and staff are great!
Cambridge Eye Associats is a caring place. The Doctors and Staff are truly amazing. Eveyone takes the time to listen to you. The expertise and professionalism cannot be found anywhere else. For world class eye care go to Cambridge Eye Associats.
Dr. Austing was very personable and professional. Explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend! I bought two pairs of glasses. They have a huge selection of styles to choose from. The optician was ver helpful
I went to Cambridge Eye Associates with my friend today. He had an appointment and I looked at glasses while I waited for him. I found a cute pair of designer glasses that were over $400.00. I really wanted to buy them, but no one acknowledged me. I stood there a long time..but no one even asked me if I needed help....after someone was finished with a client, she was just putting glasses away. Never asked me if I wanted help...I gave up after a long time. Now after this incident, my friend decided to go to a different eye clinic in the future. Not very happy with this place.
