I have been coming to Campanella Eye Associates for over a year now and have always had a positive experience. Wait times can be long on occasion, but is expected at such a small office. As long as you are kind to the secretaries they are beyond kind to you! Dr. Brad is a ray of sunshine that always brightens my day. After I lost my daughter the staff were so kind and accommodating. I ended up sick with a spot in my eye right after my loss due to a weakened immune system. After a very informative conversation with Dr. Brad I was more willing to take the treatment he recommended. I was even referred out to a specialist who confirmed Dr. Brad's diagnosis and commended him for quick action and clearing the infection quickly. I go twice a year for a regular eye exam and a diabetes eye exam. Each time I am informed in detail of any changes. I would recommend Campanella Eye Associates, especially Dr. Brad. The construction can be a bit of a pain, but they are accommodating if you are running a bit behind and hopefully the roadwork will be cleared soon.

Dr. Campanella is awesome! Respectful, comfortable and talented. All of the assistants are well trained. My husband and I decided to see him when we aged into wanting an ophthalmologist. We both had our Cataracs done there and go for our regular visits.

Terrible and fraudulent. Incredibly frustrating experience with the doctors at this office. Where do I start? The secretaries are extremely rude and they are not helpful at all when you ask questions they act visibly annoyed and the answers are not given to you either. Now regarding doctors services: they diagnosed my kid two years ago with a diagnosis and never told me about it. NEVER! Can you imagine how would you feel knowing two years later something may be wrong with your son. However, I wonder if this is just a fraudulent practice as the issue only came up when I asked why am I being charged for medical and vision? So copay and full payment on other visit? That’s a lot of money. I took my kid to another practice and this Diagnosis is not present and the most pressing questions how you diagnose a child with a pretty serious eye issue and not tell the parents or provide any treatment for it?

Dr. Brad is wonderful with my daughter. She's been seen by him since she was just under 5 years old and he and the staff here are fantastic! Dr. Brad talks to her on her level and is able to calm any fears she may have with the equipment beforehand. Always a good experience here and excellent clinical care!

I went with my son to get an eye exam and glasses and they were so great with my son (autistic). They were all so nice plus I was having issues with the insurance and they called the insurance up and cleared it all out and I didn’t pay anything just the extras I wanted on his glasses. But they went above and beyond to make sure I left there satisfied and my son. Very clean place, very nice doctors there. I don’t have insurance for myself but I’m def going there to get my glasses!
