I have been a patient at Shillington Eye Care for about 45 years. The doctors and staff are always pleasant, courteous, and very helpful! I have always received excellent care for my eyes, whether it be for my annual checkup or for an impromptu visit for an eye infection. Dr Karen Rule is top- notch ( as was her father)! The girls at the desk have always been very helpful with scheduling and speedy checkout. I especially appreciate Brian ( who does the pre- check and Opto-Map) and the girls who do the contact lens and eyeglass selection and fitting. Thanks to everyone for their great service!!

My mom and I had our annual eye exams yesterday at Shillington Eye Associates, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Every single staff member and doctor we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It is such a comforting feeling to walk into a doctor’s office where you genuinely feel cared for, listened to, and confident that your health and vision are truly in the best hands. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every visit feel welcoming, professional, and stress-free. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can truly tell how much they care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. In a world where so many medical visits can feel rushed or impersonal, Shillington Eye Associates consistently provides the exact opposite experience. They are warm, attentive, compassionate, and exceptionally skilled at what they do. We always leave feeling grateful for the care we received, and I genuinely cannot recommend Shillington Eye Associates highly enough to anyone looking for outstanding eye care. Appreciate the friendliness of all the staff and the professionalism that goes with it. I have used Shillington Eye for many, many years and some major staff changes but I feel I have always gotten excellent care. I would recommend this practice to all.

I had a plant poke my eye as I was pruning today. At dinner my husband said I had a really red eye. I looked at it and I was a bit scared. It looked like blood was in the white of my eye. My husband recommended Shillington Eye Associates because he has had diabetic eye exams done there. I looked them up and I saw that they had emergency services , so I called and luckily they were open late and got me right into their office. Dr Rule throughly examined my eye and luckily I had no abrasions, just a broken blood vessel. You only have one pair of eyes and I was Extremely grateful to get an appointment the same day as my accident. I was having vision problems and needed to see a new eye doctor. I decided to make an appointment here based on other reviews. I was not disappointed! The entire staff was friendly and Dr. Puzzella was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I knew from the time I walked in the office until the time I left, this was going to be my permanent eye care office.
