I have been a patient at Spring Ridge Family Eyecare for many years and have always had a wonderful experience there. Dr. Vu is skilled, professional and courteous. He is very accommodating as far as appointment times and he goes above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction.
Dr. Vu has been my Eyecare professional for many years, and has provided a truly white glove service with every exam, visit, and consultation. Dr. Vu takes the time to listen to my questions, explain his findings, and provide honest and easily understandable feedback. For anyone who does not like the pass-down-the-line process of much larger Eyecare physician institutions, I highly recommend going and SEEING Dr. Vu!
Dr. Vu has been my husband and my eye dr for over a decade. All of experiences with him have been great. He is always on time, thorough, honest and addresses any and all eye questions and concerns. Even with 2 eye emergencies that I had, Dr Vu was there by phone even when he was on vacation. His timely diagnosis and recommendation of a recent eye issue I developed was the reason I did not lose my eye sight in that eye. My husband and I just can't say enough about the care we have gotten from Dr. Vu all these years.
I have been going to Dr. Vu for 15+ years. This is such a great small practice. Dr. Vu is very thorough and polite. He explains everything so that his patients understand. His hours are great and I appreciate the Saturday morning availability for appointments. Always such great customer service too! Highly recommend!!
