Even when they had many patients, and 2 people called in sick, everyone was still very calm, kind and patient. Everyone was very professional and thorough. I really liked Dr Matz. He was very personable, had a bounce and a spring in his step, and someone you would like to have as your friend. Stay tuned!
This was my first time going to the eye doctor in years, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! They were efficient yet detailed. All of my concerns were addressed with care. Every employee that I interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable on their role! I look forward to coming back annually.
I had an appointment at the Wyomissing office today and was thoroughly impressed. From the front desk to the eye care team, everyone was professional, welcoming. Excellent service all around—definitely deserving of 5 stars!
Fast and courteous.. In and out within a hour.. dilated pupils n all.. was a great experience all around.. parking is convenient, plenty of seating.. i cant complain.. Would definitely recommend
Everyone was kind and helpful, In regards to my care I wish I asked more questions. I should have asked more questions about things that maybe the doctor thought was history to me. So definitely have your questions ready to go. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Today was a good day! The technicians and doctors went above and beyond educating and sharing next steps as if they read my review before I came in the door. I’ll be taking my daughter there as well now.
