Tracy and Jackie were an absolute pleasure to meet! Both were kind and knowledgeable with all my questions. Jackie helped me pick a pair of glasses 👓 that are perfect for "me." 🤓 Dr. Crosby is the BEST! She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Jackie is amazing and extremely patient. She remembered my son and I from when we were in last. I had a few pairs of glasses that I needed exchanged because I didn't love them and she helped me take care if that. I was nervous whoever helped would get annoyed because it was 4 pair but she didn't get annoyed one bit and had the order in to have my lenses changed from readers to distance within minutes. Jackie is awesome and I hope to always get her when we go in.
Fast and friendly service, patient and respectful of ones time. Very Communicable with each guest. Greeted at the door, which i really enjoyed, it shows Acknowledgment of everyone entering. Great customer service and smooth eye exams.
Historically, my experiences with Visionworks (Boston MA, Philadelphia PA and Wyomissing PA locations) have been very good. The staff is normally pleasant, and the optometrists are knowledgeable about their craft. Today, it was a totally different experience. The young lady working at the front desk appeared nice at first, but became increasingly impatient when I asked her to check my medical records to compare the Rx from 2021 and 2024. My recent glasses have the leading increased headaches and I wanted to know what was a significant difference between the Rx from 2021 and 2024. If so, I could discuss this information with the optometrist. Unfortunately, the young lady told me that the 2021 info was no longer available as they have changed systems and some charts no longer have access to the prior medical records!!! I explained to her that it is federal law that they keep this medical information, or they risk up to $10,000 per chart. After further discussion, she was able to find the Rx info documented on an old sales receipt but declined to give me this information for comparison. I requested to speak with the optometrist, to which she initially agreed and then told me he was unable. Another employee chimed in that “we’re booked for the day but you can make an appointment for another day.” She offered me the ability to request my medical records for which I accepted and waited for the young lady to complete my medical records request. Instead, she continued to help other customers or type into the computer. Eventually, the optometrist then came out to speak with me, was very polite, and informed the young lady to provide me with this information. The entire experience felt like unnecessary “power trip” from the young lady. Unfortunately, my family and I will no longer be using the Wyomissing PA Visionworks location and possibly switching entirely to a different establishment.
I got the best care and service at Visionworks! I highly recommend them! Tracy took the time to explain how the return policy works. She gave me time to choose a frame and made sure I had the right size. Tracy was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Truly an asset to the company !
