I trust Dr. Mack. As a doctor myself, I appreciate the thoroughness of his exams, how he communicates his findings, and explains proposed treatment. Although very busy, Dr. Mack never appears rushed during my appointments. I would confidently recommend Dr. Mack.
The whole experience is always consistent! We love the professional staff, and definitely love Dr Young! She is very knowledgeable thorough,, spends significant time at every appt and very friendly! We highly recommend her a d her staff!
Dr. Mack is very kind and attentive to my eye-care needs. He communicates clearly, answers my questions, has exceptional technical skills, & is very efficient (short wait times). His staff is helpful and very kind, as well.
I called the office to cancel the appointment and let them know. My father had passed away last September and that he would not be attending the appointment. I find it incredibly insulting to get a thank you and a survey about an appointment that never happened. Please change your algorithm to only send out these kinds of messages for actual appointments that were attended.
