Took my daughter here today for a 1:30p new patient appointment with Dr. Pappas from a referral. The office was clearly not prepared for our appointment. We waited over an hour in the lobby, there was no sense of maybe getting records from the referring provider until we were finally in the back. 3 WHOLE HOURS LATER... We finally leave. With no real treatment plan, just "wait and see". Looking for a second opinion as I type this. I do NOT recommend this place.

Great experience- had an urgent visit- the staff and doctor was fantastic. Very little wait time and they made sure we had a clear understanding of what needed to happen and the risks associated. They were able to do everything that day, and made allowances to ensure we had what we needed! Spectacular service all around.
Took my elderly mom there, apparently these doctors are scheduling surgeries the same day as appointments and expect you to wait three hours. Sorry not gonna happen!!!!! My time is just as valuable as his. Would not recommend
While the surgeon and surgery were absolutely phenomenal, the billing is a nightmare. I was overcharged 1000.00 that should have went to the surgery center, called over 2 weeks ago for itemized bill that was never received. Was told I had the credit but I owed over 250 from that with zero explanation . I was supposed to have post op follow up at no charged, but was charged my copay, which usually covers everything. I merely asked for a refund and an explanation over the difference. I was not given the information, asked for a manager, was transferred to escalations, where the individual repeated what the first person said and when I repeated what I needed she stated she was not a manager….stated she would email her manager to call me and has still not done so. They have had the full payment including overpayment for at least seven weeks but I was told another two weeks before any refund, if I am getting any at all. Disrespectful of my time, credit, and money, all the while acting like it is an imposition to expect accountability and answers. I do not want a free anything. I want to know how this happened and why I am having to chase what they should have sent back weeks ago, and why a simple ask has turned into a momentous issue.
I had the worst experience at this office. Dr Sun refused to help me with a stye, refused antibiotics as both of my eyes were draining and would only schedule me for surgery to remove the cyst. This is after she touched the door knob and other surfaces before reaching to touch my eye that was already infected with non-sanitized fingers. When I got to the check out desk, I asked if I could reschedule to see a different doctor and they told me no. Everyone in the office was wearing masks, and I was told several times they were very short staffed that day. 5 days later I was down with the flu. Evidently everyone was sick and another reason why cleansing hands before touching patients eyes should be a requirement. I went back to my ophthalmologist once I was feeling better and they put me on a round of antibiotics, and did an IPL and radio frequency treatment which helped. I then waited another 30 days to get in with an ocular surgeon that actually listened to me She did a steroid injection into the stye. They told me surgery would not have worked because it was now scarred and too close to the eyelashes. She put me on more antibiotics to help calm down the stye and irritation. It cleared in a week and is completely gone. I have since called this office to speak to an office manager to explain what happened. I have been put on hold several times and I’m still waiting for a call back to discuss my experience. I normally do not write reviews, but the lack of hygiene, care, professionalism, and compassion is evident with this office. It seems as they make money doing unnecessary surgeries and don’t care about the patients experience, treatment, or healing.
