Switching to this practice years ago has been such a great decision.  I've been seen by both Dr. Koditek and Dr. Bagley who are not only friendly and knowledgeable but take the time to make sure I understand what is being explained about myself or my kids.  With the example of expertise that I've been shown I have no doubt that every doctor in the office is equally competent.  And that level of professionalism extends throughout the entire office, you can tell the Doctors lead a good team of people that not only care about their jobs but also want to make sure you're having the best experience.  Whether it's being warmly greeted by Chelsey at the front desk who is consistent with that warm greeting every time I'm there, or to the very end of the process when everyone in the optical section is helping me pick out the right glasses since I have no sense of style.  When you walk in Chelsey sets the tone for how your whole visit at the office is going to go with how helpful and friendly she is.  And last time I was there CJ did more than give me the perfect frames, she did the measurements and adjustments for the perfect fit.  Overall I can't think of anything I would say poorly about this practice, it has been nothing but positive every single time.

Carbon Valley Eye Care exceeded expectations for my first visit as a new patient. Dr Bagley took the time to address each individual concern during my examination and he was very accommodating and happily answered some of my more curious optical questions. The tech Skyler was very friendly and made a bunch of unfamiliar eye tests easy to understand and follow along with, taking the time to answer my questions and explained the process seamlessly. I was more than satisfied with my visit. Needless to say I'm not shopping around for an eye doctor anymore.

It is unusual to get super excited about an eye doctor, but this office is absolutely worth a five star review. I have seen two eye doctors at this office and they both went above and beyond. They took an extensive amount of time to develop rapport and explain my prescription. I have never felt so confident in the 40+ years that I have gone to an eye doctor. The technicians spend a tremendous amount of time making sure that you get glasses that not only function the best for your prescription, but that also look good. I totally appreciate their honesty and expertise. I live over an hour away and Carbon Valley is worth the drive.

I have been multiple times for at least 7 years never knew why I didnt leave a review but all doctors are amazing I've seen kodatek, bagley, kiota, and all done have very well for me. They all seem on the same page because I can always see right with whoever i have an appointment with 👀. All staff is great and timely. I mostly work with gabby. shes very attentive and helps me pick the best style for me every time even when I dont know myself. Shes always given me great advice and lays it out for me in easy terms because i hate insurance talk.I recomend this practice and ask for gabby, she'll take care of you.

This eye care center cares about you! Everyone who works here is spectacular. This was my first pair of glasses ever. I could not decide on frames and worked with three technicians picking out frames and lens options. Rhonda, Angel, and Gabby were extremely helpful and patient as they explained all my options. After the glasses arrived, C.J. gave me solid tips on adjusting to my new bifocals. From the doctor (I saw Dr. Kiyota Jackson), to the technicians, to the receptionists, I didn’t feel rushed or neglected during any visit. I’m grateful I went to this eye care center, and wanted to give a quick kudos to the whole staff. Excellent job!
