I had a fantastic experience at Firestone Family Eyecare! Dr. Hansen was thorough in her refraction and slit lamp exam. She did an amazing job going over the Optos retinal images. Ivonne and Alicia were wonderful, kind, and personable. The glasses selection is great! I love that the office uses the latest technology and am overall very pleased with mine and my daughter’s care.

We absolutely love Firestone Family Eye Care and can’t say enough wonderful things about this Dr. Hansen and her incredible team. We’ve followed her for years through every office she’s worked in, and having her open her own practice has been such a blessing for our family. All five of our kids have significant eye needs, and Dr. Hansen has been nothing short of extraordinary. She checks in far more often than every six months, carefully tracks their progress, and takes the time to explain everything. She’s even written formal recommendations for the kids’ schools so they can receive the right accommodations and support, often noticing what they need before we even realize it ourselves. When our fifth child still under a year old, was sitting on my lap during one of the kids’ appointments, Dr. Hansen noticed something most people would have missed. She tested her right then and helped us address her eyesight early, something we would have never known about without her incredible attention to detail and care. The office itself is absolutely precious, warm, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel welcoming to families. And their eyeglass selection is amazing, with so many stylish, high-quality options for both kids and adults. Her staff feels like family, always kind, patient, and genuinely caring with every one of our children. We can’t imagine taking our family anywhere else. Firestone Family Eye Care is truly one of a kind, a perfect mix of expertise, compassion, and heart. ❤️🙌

I never felt rushed during my appointment, and she made sure all of my questions were answered completely. Her team was equally impressive professional, courteous, and attentive to every need throughout the entire visit. Dr. Hansen and the team at Firestone Family Eye Care provide a friendly, comfortable open atmosphere. Dr. Hansen took the time to listen intently and provided exactly what I needed for my preferred and needed eye care solutions. From the moment I called through to the selection of eyewear, the whole team was exceptional! Also, no dilation required which was huge for me. Highly recommend!

Best eye doctor there is. Dr. Natalie really cares about getting you what you need and she was great with my kids. We bought multiple pairs of glasses from her. I ordered the wrong lenses and she was very helpful in getting us the ones I meant to order and they were shipped right away. They have a great selection of glasses too. These are the ones my little one got!
