First experience in the eyecare world! Everyone was patient, and professional with me. Dr. Lee took the time to explain the results and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. The staff was friendly and helpful. When getting my measurements done, I know I had a hard time staying still. Nevertheless, the technicians were patient with me and waited for good feedback from the equipment. I'll be going here for all my optometrist needs!

Amazing staff and great customer service! They even helped me get a pair of temporary glasses ordered so I could safely drive home leaving town! Definitely recommend this professional and amazing office for any eye care needs! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain everything in a way that you can understand without a multitude of medical jargon that the layman (like myself) wouldn't understand.

Dr. Lee saw my father for a standard evaluation and was polite, professional, and charming. It’s clear she is an ophthalmic scarecrow; outstanding in her field. The supporting staff and technicians were also very competent. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable and I’m confident my father received top tier health care.

I thought that I was going to have good things to say about this facility, its doctors, and staff. Over time, I have come to find out, directly, that this tightly-knit organization is calculating, deviate, manipulative, and deceptive. They will falsify your records to benefit their ends. They will disregard health problems with your eyes to benefit their ends. They will disregard your telling them that you have pain in your eye and experience significant redness and irritation when you wear a contact lens in the eye to benefit their ends. They will disregard problems that you are having with your vision to benefit their ends. They will minimize new problems that have come up with your eyes to benefit their ends. They will disregard how these problems are effecting your work and daily life. They will talk you into expensive, over-priced procedures that aren't covered by insurance to benefit their ends. They will manipulate you into appointments with expensive tests when all you wanted was a 5-minute consult that they said would be free. They will do this, and they will bill the insurance company, which is often not covered, and the bill will end up coming back to you. They knowingly do this. And they organize it all the way through to the office staff and the doctor's assistants. I overheard their staff talking about bringing me in under false pretenses, running a series of tests, and falsifying my records to make it seem like nothing was wrong with my eyes to cover themselves. They did this at my time, expense, and loss of trust with absolutely no conscience about it. And then they tried to keep me at their practice to keep the situation and falsification of records under control. Please be very careful in dealing with these people because they coordinate with each other on how they are going to manipulate patients. Listen for the subtleties in their language and how they interact. They will likely wise up and be more careful and less arrogant after this post. They think people are stupid and don't see a pattern of what's going on. I called them out on it because I eventually started recording conversations. They quickly reversed the charges to the insurance company when they found out I was recording and could call them out on what they were doing. I know, you should be able to trust an eye doctor. But they do these sorts of things because they are afraid of lawsuits or being involved in lawsuits instead of having an honest conversation. I came to find out that they are remarkably selfish people. They have a big overhead at their facilities, and they will do anything to be profitable. Watch them reply to this post and try and weasel their way out of what they did. I feel SO violated. I'm so angry and have been put through so much. turn and run from these people.

Insight Vision Group will not provide you with accurate estimated costs of cataract surgery. Expect to see a bill for at least hundreds of dollars more from the doctors associated with this group that require you to pay the group. We then paid an additional $50.00 and received a bill from this facilities Dr's who performed the procedure for an additional almost $600. We called and discussed with the billing department and asked for a detailed explanation of what the charges were, why we owed another ~$600 and established a verbally binding contract that they would not refer this to a collection agency until they explained the above. They did not send, call or email with an explanation but refereed this to a collection agency and now will not discuss the violation of the binding contract. The Collection agency sent us all the detail Insight Vision had on all the costs and bills which Insight Vision did not send us, even though they had them to send to the collection agency. Insight Vision Billing will not discuss this matter since they violated the verbally binding contract and refereed the bills from three doctors to a collection agency. Procedure was done well, the billing and collection process will not honor binding contracts to provide additional information and appears to not care that the patient has a reasonable explanation of additional charges, even when they have the information.
