We love Costco for affordable quality groceries and other merchandise. I appreciate that Costco is said to treat their employees well. Pro-Tip: one of the advantages of Executive level membership is that you can shop an hour early most days and avoid crowds.

Nice drive and we can find almost everything here in a large quantity. Staff is pretty helpful. We almost bought everything from here food, papers, clothes, furniture, kitchen stuff, fruits, vegetables, gold, diamond and platinum jewellery, gadgets, medicines and so many things. I loved their slice of pizza 🍕 too 😀
Absolutely disgusting produce management. On 8/26 they had organic English cucumbers out that were packed on 8/03 and were so rotten and disintegrating that white, stinking juice was oozing from the plastic packages. Not just one package either. The majority of them. Industry guideline for storage of shrink wrapped European cucumbers recommends storage for no longer than 14 post packing date, 17 max. They were trying to sell cucumbers at 23 days post packing. I saw a few other packs in there with pack dates of 8/09, and of those several also had completely rotten ends. Next, I buy considerable amounts of Manchego cheese, roughly 6-8 blocks per week. This Costco clearly is storing them at too high of a temperature, because their flavor is almost always off and rancid. Which has never happened to me with other Costco locations. These guys get the same Manchego deliveries that Timnath gets. Yet their cheese tastes like it was stored too warm. Totally off flavor, nearly every time I buy from them. I have called and complained about their produce, and asked them to check their storage protocols & temperatures on the cheese. They will tell you that they will look into it, but they don’t care, nothing ever changes. It is literally THE worst Costco management I have ever come across. Seriously. Those cucumbers are a health hazard. I have reached out to Costco’s corporate on this. I mean, they must have guidelines on how long they allow those cucumbers to be stored.
They've always been exceptional. Prompt. Easy returns. Great fast service. Fun samples all day. All the things that any Costco has. Great gas prices. Cheap and plentiful food court. I use the self checkout all the time and the scanners are there. Not sure what that other guy is on about. They pay their people well.
I'm grateful I don't have to drive down to Superior anymore, but the Longmont location has never been good. Superior was, true to its name, superior. Google reviews bear this out: Longmont sits a full star below Superior and below every other Front Range location. I think Costco corporate should be asking themselves, "Why?", and addressing it. I can offer two possible answers. The first is a general attitude problem among a few staff members that is simply absent, or not tolerated, at other locations I frequent. The second is the layout. I find the constant relocation of staples at the Longmont warehouse deeply frustrating, manipulative, and offensive. The nuts and butter move weekly to seemingly random locations. I recently, by pure luck, discovered the 10-inch paper plates shelved in the freezer aisle, inexplicably separated from the other plates. This forces members into a deliberate treasure hunt designed for impulse manipulation. It ignores our efficiency needs and creates a real barrier for elderly and disabled shoppers who cannot repeatedly traverse the floor. I raised this in-store, when they asked, I was dismissively told, "They're all like that," which is, in my 30 years of experience with multiple locations, false. I shop at Costco for consistency and value, not an escape room puzzle. Asking, "Did you find everything okay?" while arguing with members who make the effort to answer honestly is manipulation of a different kind.
