The Optical Centre

Went In today to get an exam and everyone was extremely kind to me. The two workers up front , lady with brown hair and purple glasses and a gentleman with blue or teal glasses were of much help. loved her dog maggie too! such sweet people! and the doctor was great he didn’t make me feel nervous at all, which i seem to be at every appointment i make. but team was lovely , i got the frames i wanted and left feeling taken care of :)

I recently visited Dr. Berger and his team for my second appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve already recommended Dr. Berger to several friends and family members, and I’ll definitely be back for all my future eye care needs. I visited The Optical Center last year for the first time to get glasses. I love them and get tons of compliments. This year I decided to see Dr. Berger for my annual eye exam. He’s amazing. He is kind and knowledgeable. I learned things about my vision that no other doctor had explained previously. Chelsey and Justin are such an asset to the business! Thanks!

It’s a Christmas Miracle in July!! Chelsea and Justin are both friendly and talented opticians who always make me feel welcome and cared for. Last year they patiently guided me to a fabulous pair of eye glasses which I love. Unfortunately this last weekend my young rescue dog was none too happy about my going off on a long bike ride without him. He left a sign of his displeasure at the gate for me to find when I returned a few hours later. See first photo. This is the “before” photo! The arms of the glasses were completely pointed the wrong direction! I took them in to the Optical Centre mostly to get a laugh - saying I needed a minor adjustment. 😜 They called me the next day to pick them up. Check out the “after” photo!! Magicians! I highly recommend this establishment for the coolest frame selection and their amazing team. Thanks you guys!

I was able to quickly get an appointment scheduled. The staff is very patient and takes customer service very serious. Everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was great everything is explained step by step during the exam. Dr. Jeff Berger is exceptional to work with, I appreciate everything being explained in a way I understood. Learned a lot about my eye health.
