I had such a great experience here! First of all, scheduling and rescheduling was super easy and convenient online. Everyone person I talked to from the front desk to the clinical staff was awesome. They all genuinely cared about their patients. They broke down all my insurance coverage, were upfront about about costs, and helped me pick out my best options in my budget. I will definitely be going back and will be referring them to my friends!

Setting up an appointment was easy, and my visit went really well. Everyone there was knowledgeable and friendly. My husband had an appointment right after mine, and things went well for him as well. However, when we got back home a few hours later, Visionworks sent both of us messages that we had new appointments on May 21st. We obviously didn't set those because we completed our visits yesterday. I've been trying since yesterday to cancel the appointment and prevent this from happening again, but there is literally no way to contact someone in the office without physically going there. When I called the listed number, I had to deal with an AI answering service that couldn't understand what I needed help with. I tried online chat earlier today, and that also had AI that had zero capability to assist. After I pick up my glasses, I won't be back. If this kind of thing doesn't bother you, then you'll probably really like the place. If the inability to talk to a human is a deal breaker, go elsewhere.

The staff both front and back office are great, friendly and engaging. They didn't try to upsell when I said I do my contacts with them and glasses with and online provider. Made sure I had my receipt and RX for my FSA and my online purchase. Great team. The doctor is great and doesn't rush through the exam. Extremely nice staff. Don't mind spending my time and money there.

This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had for eye care. It started with Jessyca (I hope I spelled that correctly!) answering all of my pre-visit insurance questions prior to my appointment. Tayla conducted 3 or 4 exams prior to meeting Dr. Daw with ease. They have state-of-the-art tech there! Dr. Daw went out of his way to provide options I hadn't considered. He also discovered that my last doctor had my left eye over corrected by a significant margin. I haven't seen this clearly in 5 years. Maddy capped it off by assisting me with an easy checkout. Best of all, because they are a VSP Premier partner, my specific VSP insurance plan covered everything at 100%! An eye exam, a retinal exam (very cool!), frame and lenses for zero out-of-pocket. Incredible!

Maddy C. at the Longmont VisionWorks store is an excellent supervisor and was quite helpful in determining frame choices and different options for protecting the lenses and she’s highly efficient and I think she should be promoted to Manager!! Dr David G.
