A BIG Thankyou goes out to Noelle, Merci & Dr. Brennan. They are a Professional, caring and hard working team. So glad I just happened to be driving by their office one day and decided to stop in to inquire about their services. The tall, blond intake person was informative & kind and answered all my questions. She welcomed me with open arms, then I scheduled an appointment online when I got home. Very Easy & quick.

Patients should avoid Dr. Neukirch. For many years, he failed to verify the concentration of my children’s atropine eye drops for their myopia treatment with the pharmacy (Mark Drugs Northshore). In 2022, I—not him—discovered that the pharmacy had dispensed the wrong concentration for my children's eye drops. He acknowledged the error and promised to ensure accuracy going forward, but he NEVER did. After he left the practice, in March 2026, I picked up a new order of eye drops and found the concentration was wrong again. Reviewing past records, I found that many eye drop orders over the past 4 years were issued with the wrong concentration. It is unbelievable that, as an optometrist, he failed to verify the dosage, never updated patient records, and left the practice without documenting my children’s correct concentration. As a result, the new doctor had no knowledge of the proper dosage. Verifying eyedrop concentration is a basic and essential responsibility of an optometrist, yet it was repeatedly overlooked. Given the high cost of this myopia treatment, the past 4 years feel like a complete waste. If you want to protect your children’s eye health, avoid this unprofessional optometrist and this practice at all costs!
Exceptional practice, exceptional doctors and exceptional team. I've never had a bad experience here and have brought me entire family over to this practice.
Dr. N and his staff always take great care of me. From the front desk (Annette and Jonny are amazing- in person and on the phone!) to the exam itself, they’re awesome. I’ve been coming to Dr. N for years, and so does most of my extended family!
Carillon Vision Center: A Great First Experience I recently visited Carillon Vision Center in Glenview for my first pair of glasses. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish They took the time to help me find the perfect frames and ensured that my prescription lenses were fitted correctly. I was impressed with their patience and knowledge, especially as a first-time glasses wearer. I highly recommend Carillon Vision Center and their wonderful team!
