Overall great experience! I had to request a last minute eye exam for a DR appointment I had later on in the day. They were able to accommodate my request! ( Thank you I greatly appreciated that). Everyone was very helpful and very kind. I believe my optometrist name was Dr. Ford? Apologizes if that's incorrect but he was an amazing person. He made sure to provide a thorough eye exam. Again thank you! Would highly recommend
I broke my glasses and needed to be seen ASAP, and they were able to get me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was super nice—from the front desk to the doctor—and just made the whole visit feel easy. They helped me pick out new frames and even showed me how to put in contact lenses for the first time (which I was honestly a little nervous about). Nobody rushed me, and they really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Overall, it was just a really good experience. You can tell they genuinely care. Thank you again for taking such good care of me!
I had a wonderful experience today at Big City optical in The Glen. Dr. Ford was extremely professional, thorough and calming and the staff was efficient with paperwork, the preliminary exam and making eyeglass suggestions. They all answered my questions in detail. I highly recommend this practice.
Lovely office- helpful, informative and so professionally run. Convenient location in the Glen. Took the time out to help my sort thru insurance issues. The eye dr was very thorough and knowledgeable! My new optical office!
