Very unprofessional people. I made glass for my 8-year-old daughter after a recommendation from the Walmart Optometrist. 3 times in 2 months, the glass side pin came out. Went to the store, and they gave me a hard time. This time, they didn't fix it. It's been 4 weeks, no call or messages. Please don't go there; they have no customer service and know how to talk very rudely. Do not go there; they are ripping people off. They charge $300.00 for glass, which is too much for an 8-year-old child.
The glasses that I’ve bought from here has lasted for years and are comfortable! I would recommend anyone who’s seeking glasses to go to this place! 10/10
If you’re driving out to this location, don’t rely on the Google hours or even their website. We arrived at 4:55 PM and the place was already closed, even though the sign clearly says they close at 6 PM. Pretty frustrating to make the trip for nothing.
