I never go anywhere else. The Doctor and his wife are the most professional couple. I so enjoy chatting with Ms. O'Neal while waiting for my appointment and my exam is so thorough. I appreciate all they do.

Good Dr / Horrible Receptionist (His Wife) We have been going to Dr. O'Neal for many years but have never cared for his receptionist (His Wife) because she is rude and unfriendly. As of today we will not longer be using his service because of her. Have called to try and schedule our yearly appointment a couple times now and she refuses to schedule an appointment because their "office policy" is that if you have insurance they need to verify it first before scheduling an appointment because she will not check it after an appointment is scheduled. Which literally would take 2 seconds if my insurance website wasn't down when I called but I guess when you are lazy you have those kind of "office policies" but instead she wants you to continue to call again and again before she will schedule anything!! I called another office and they were able to get me and my husband in and will verify our coverage before our visit. Wow!! How hard was that!! She is rude and unfriendly, do not waist you time going there, you will wish you had went some where else eventually like we did. Happy we finally made the move!!!!
Dr. O'Neal is wonderful. Very patient, willing to flip lenses back and forth and let the client have a little time to decide which one is better. He explains what each test is looking at and makes suggestions for what kind of lens treatments will do what to improve one's vision. I will definitely return to his office.
So in January I had a cutting wheel fly into my wife's windshield. I managed to cover her face and steer the car but I got sprayed with glass in my face. I tried to tell tell him about it and he said he didn't see anything wrong. So for months I have been using over the counter eye drops and putting up with the pain. Woke up this morning to myself screaming because it just felt like someone was dragging razors across my eye. Called Dr O'Neal again and was told after wasting 20 minutes on the phone with his receptionist that he could squeeze me in at 1:30. It was around 10 to 11 am when I called, or he could refer me to another optometrist. Had no choice but to go to the emergency room to get treatment. Adding the picture of when they put the dye in my eye. Everywhere that is green is where there is infection. I think dr O'Neal is a quack.
The best eye Dr around the region. He knows his stuff and is super fast in and out. His wife is so sweet at the front desk. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you yall are amazing 👏
