Dr Harrison was very pleasant but the 1 star review is for the rest of his staff. The check-in employee was very rude all because she was unable to find my Insurance information in her system. I had already submitted all my information via link they had sent me so I’m not for sure why she was unable to find it. I even went as far to call the insurance company for her so she could clearly see all my coverage was active through my employer. I felt like that should have been her job, especially after providing both of my insurance cards. Upon leaving at checkout whoever the employee was calling the patients back was very rude to the lady in the waiting room all because she was taking too long to come back. The lady was clearly in her 70s and has every right to move slow. The employee then proceeds to say I’m not in the mood for this today because I’m already in a bad mood and if you want to take your time coming back I will be more than happy to reschedule you. This was my first and will be last time visiting this practice due to unfriendly staff.
