I have called 2 in one week left message for my surgeon. No call back . How unprofessional . My question warranted an answer from my surgeon .

Was booked for lazer treatment at the Lumberton location. Only to find out the day of the appointment that the service is not done at this location. Wasted a day off of work. The staff was quick to reschedule me at the appropriate location and was very helpful.

Terrible customer service. My regular eye specialist was unavailable so I was directed to the Carolina Eye Associates Lumberton NC office to address a foreign object in my right eye. I was offered no help or assistance. No walk-ins, only accept regular patients and no referral. I hope I never have to visit this location again.
