Dr. May Naji at Carolina Eye Care is Outstanding!! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, as well as personable, approachable. Office is run efficiently and smoothly. Wonderful experience- would highly recommend. This is the ONLY eye care office myself and my family will ever go to. Can’t say enough about staff and Dr Naji!!

Dr May Naji is very good, she is very friendly, listens attentively & thorough with her examination. The front desk staff provides excellent service.

Carolina Eye Clinic is the doctor's office within Target. Great location with extremely helpful and friendly staff. It was our first time at this location and we are extremely happy with our experience.

Positives: I absolutely loved the doctor and the care she provided during my appointment. This was my second year choosing this office for my eye exam. The young lady working the desk was also very pleasant. Negatives: For context, I selected this office because it is close to my job and because they had my records from last year. However, I do not live in Durham. During my appointment, the doctor wrote the prescription for my contacts and gave me samples of that brand and an alternate brand. She told me to contact the office if I liked the other brand better and she would change the prescription. A few days later, I called the office and had to leave a voicemail. Per the instructions on the voicemail, I also sent a text to that number as the instructions said you would receive faster service that way. 48 hours passed without a return phone call. So, on my day off, I drove to Durham to try and get service since my phone cal/text message was not returned or acknowledged. I walked in to the office, explained the situation, my previous attempts for service and the fact that I had to drive all the way back. No apology or explanation was given. She never addressed it and proceeded as though I’d never reached out. The prescription was obtained, but that ends my relationship with that practice. Zero stars for follow-up!
