Dr. Hunter and his staff are wonderful! I was welcomed by a very friendly, patient young man who did all the pre appt testing. I need to get cataract surgery and Dr Hunter made me feel calm and confident and Ashliy answered all my pre-op questions in detail and provided me with all the necessary paperwork and info. Great group of people.
Love this office! The location is near to my home - I would drive many times this distance for them - and the staff and physicians are top notch!
I recently visited Carolina Eyecare Physicians and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service. The office is modern and clean, and the technicians are incredibly efficient. My doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making me feel confident in the health of my eyes. It’s a relief to have such expert care so close to home. 5 stars!
Everyone was great. Didn't wait very long. Dr Hunter talked fast but he answered all my questions. Looking forward to meeting Dr Solomon.
They over charged my account by $60 and have been promising my refund for almost 3 months. They don’t mind taking my money but it is an act of congress for them to credit me for their mistake! You can NEVER speak to anyone on the phone in the local office so don’t even try! We have gone back to their office in person 4 times about the refund and they keep stalling. I am thinking of going elsewhere if this simple accounting is so difficult to resolve!
