No one wants advice on a one star review, but you’ve gotta sit down all of the women that answer your phones and go through a customer service compliance lesson. Belittling and laughing at pt is disgusting behavior and shouldn’t be allowed the privilege of being a HCW
Certainly not what I expected. My vision is cloudy. I am having either cataracts issues, or my Fuch disease is progressing or my prescription is wrong. I waited several weeks for this eye appointment. The doctor’s assistant was upset when I could not pinpoint the issue. I guess it is now up to the patient to diagnose themselves because the assistant has to know how to bill out the issue ahead of time. I explained that I was not an eye doctor and I was hoping the doctor would tell me why my vision is so cloudy. She then tested my eyesight without my glasses. Realizing that she was not paying attention I made up the letters on the eye chart. She said my eyesight was just fine. Mind you I have been wearing glasses for 35 years - tri -focals for the last 20 year. . After finally getting to see the doctor, she said she was not concerned about my Fuchs disease, or my cararacts. I then asked about my eyeglass prescription. She told me my eyesight was fine. I then informed her about how poorly her assistant examined my eyes and she was told I had to make another appointment. Got to love it.
I made an appointment for excessive eye tearing over a month which turned into a pain on the side of my face with swelling . Nothing I did on my own helped. I visited and was very upset and nervous, I do not remember my doctor's however she was very professional, considerate and understanding, helpful and informative. She made me feel so much better. She prescribed medicine to my pharmacy at Walmart in the form of pills and drops. As soon as I began everything began to get better. I am so happy I visited there, will go again and am glad I live nearby !
Two stars but in Bluffton, South America this might be the best of what is here. The wait is always 45-60 min. They stack’em and rack’em. I lost much of my eye sight during a simple procedure to correct eye scaring. It went bad. The people who make appts are racists. Again, I think they are the best in this third world med in South America.
