Rena &George saw Dr. Clark. The staff took us back to the exam room together & we remained together for our exams. We are senior citizens & my husband is hard of hearing so being together is a good idea. The staff is not only efficient they are super nice. From check in to getting glasses & checking out our appointment was perfect.

This was the first time that my husband & myself went to the Bell Hall office. The dr’s assistant who took us back & preformed the eye exam preliminaries on us was very friendly & easy to relate with. We found Dr Clarke to be personable & relatable as well. We had a great experience.
Everyone was very nice. I did not like that they make you pay for refractory service, which is what is done so they can write a subscription for your glasses, before they will actually give you your prescription. They say it is not covered by insurance. I have never had to do that before. So that was surprising.
I required a cataract removal 3 years ago. This group was highly recommended to me, so I became a patient of theirs. Their care, professionalism & cordiality made me feel confident & warm in their care. All went so very well & now that I require attention to a cataract in the other eye, I confidently returned their practice. The welcoming attention & warmth was still there, consistent & confident. It’s a pleasure to be their patient & highly recommend their services to all, for a highly skilled practice for the benefit of your vision needs.
The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind. I observed her interaction with a patient that was upset because she came to the wrong office for her appointment. She handled her with empathy and patience which calmed the patient down. She didn’t match anger with anger. She de-escalated the situation and remained professional which is almost nonexistent in today’s world. Dr. Tessa was also a pleasure to meet, her bubbly personality mixed with her knowledge and attention to detail, made for a very pleasant experience.
