The Facility @ Carolina Eye Care is very convenient & impressive. We were greeted by a kind lady named Jennifer. A pleasant young man named Tim escorted us to the exam room & recorded all of my necessary information cheerfully. My husband & I were very impressed with Dr. Erik Happ. He was very professional and very kind. He put me @ ease immediately with his knowledge & his detailed explanation of the process & the procedures that I will be facing. Alissa is the new Scheduling Coordinator & she handled the process like a veteran. She scheduled my procedure with my Dermatologist & Dr. Happ with ease & secured the next best dates available. I left their office feeling confident that I will be in good hands for my procedure.

Dr Burger is the best and very thorough with the examination. She explains everything in an understandable way. You won’t find a better opthamplogist with such a wonderful personality anywhere. I enjoy my checkups. Great doctor.

I had the most satisfying experience with Dr. Happy and staff. Everyone was kind, personable and caring. I left my appointment feeling confident in what Dr. Happ recommended for my eye surgeries. I am looking forward to feeling and looking better. I have no hesitation in returning if the need arises. I highly recommend this office and most definitely Dr. Happ.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Carolina Eye Care. Dr. Eric and the entire staff were professional, kind, and attentive throughout the whole process. The procedure to remove the small growth near my eye was quick and much easier than I expected. My recovery was smooth, and I am very happy with the results. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care. Thank you, Dr. Eric and team!

My experience with this location of Carolina Eyecare has been excellent. Dr. Knowlten is very skilled in his field - he’s also extremely kind, considerate and a good listener. I have been seeing him for my eye exams and pressure checks for several years, and I participated in a research study there where I saw him weekly. I have also been impressed with the staff assisting the doctor - they are professional and knowledgeable.
