From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on time, which I really appreciated. Doctor Thomas took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I was looking for the Best Eyecare group in the vicinity of Murrells Inlet . Saw the great rating and made an appointment. I was sold from check in to check out. Facility is clean and we'll maintained . Friendly and competent staff. Dr and optometrist were amazing. Up to date equipment. Very thorough and actually care about the well-care of their patients. Everyone working the day of my visit—front desk, tech, doctor, assistants, and check-out—were all caring, considerate, and helpful. I had what was a scary emergency to me, and they helped ease my fear. The doctor was able to explain what happened, why, and what our plan would be going forward.
