My husband ordered glasses in the middle of March. He was initially told the glasses would be ready between seven to ten days. After seven days my husband called the store to get an update on his glasses. He was told by Gary, that there was an issue ordering his glasses. A week later my husband stopped at the store to get an update in person. He was told there was an issue with the lab. My husband never got his glasses. I called twice to get an update on the status of the glasses. Both times I was told there was an issue with the lab. We finally requested a refund, when Gary offered to make my husband some glasses at the shop until his glasses were ready. It was a horrible experience, we are both happy it’s finally over.

What a wonderful shop! Carrera’s has beautiful frames and excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend anyone wanting high quality glasses and customer service visit and shop here. My husband and I are glad we did.

Love Carrera’s! My family has been coming here for 10+ years. Gary, the owner, makes you feel like family and is so friendly and accommodating. Gary provides customer service and explains exactly what he will be doing to your contact lenses or glasses. Gary also included a glasses case, a magnet clip and post it notebook with his business logo on it, free of charge! Also, if you ever need to get ahold of him after hours the phone will direct your call to his cell just in case of an emergency. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got my first pair of glasses from Carrera's in 2005. I'm on my 4th pair of glasses from them in 15 years and counting. Carrera's attention to detail is unparalleled, measuring each necessary aspect of your eyes and even helping you find a good look. If you want an establishment that cares about your eyes and vision as much as you do - go to Carrera's. Absolutely 5 stars.
