Look how disgusting these bathrooms are! There is no reason why the health department should allow this to be growing whatever this black mold is all over the bathroom. It looks like it has not been properly cleaned in 10 years. The grout is disgusting. the sinks are stained the stainless steel has smear, fingerprints, blood, and other suspicious leftover particles all over it. It all just needs a thoroughly power washing, deep clean. How can management walk through this every day and just turn a blind eye. It seriously is disgusting and needs cleaned. Put some elbow in it it will require bleach, magic erasers, stainless steel cleaner, more bleach, lime away for scaling, buildup and grout cleaner, and a good degreaser.gross

Store is clean and well stocked. I miss the sample stations as they don't put them out as much as they used to. The cafe app is wonderful as your able to order your items as you are heading to the front of the store and pick it up with very minimal wait if any. I love that newer feature.
Great deals. For those who dont know, bring your own bags for what you buy. If you forget you can find empty boxes from when they restock at the front of store or in rows. Don't always count on that.
For the management TEAM! I had a frustrating experience at the receiving office at Sam’s Club. The office lady with short hair was not very welcoming and came across as rude during the interaction. Communication felt short and unhelpful, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. As someone who comes in for deliveries, a little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way. Overall, the experience could definitely be improved with better customer service and attitude.
TRUCK DRIVERS BEWARE!! Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Receiving Team I arrived promptly for my 5:00 a.m. delivery appointment at Sam's Club receiving. A group of employees were there doing something & saw me, however they completely ignored me. After tapping on the window to get someone's attention because my time is just as important as theirs one lady rudely snapped “Just a minute!” She took my paperwork with zero greeting, told me to back in and bring her the key, then walked off. By the time I returned with the key (required for safety), she had already started unloading the truck without it. One gentleman looked right at me but said nothing and walked away. A second man at least acknowledged me and motioned for a minute. Then a kind lady approached, asked how she could help, and handled the rest professionally. When I went back to retrieve my key and paperwork after unloading, absolutely nobody was there. My key and paperwork had simply been left on a windowsill for anyone to take. I grabbed them and left. This was one of the strangest and most unprofessional delivery experiences I've had. The rude employee’s attitude was so bad that another staff member admitted it wasn’t the first time they’d received complaints about her — yet she’s still working there. One decent employee shouldn’t have to clean up the mess created by bad attitudes and poor teamwork. Sam’s Club receiving needs serious improvement in basic manners, coordination, accountability, and simple professionalism. Leaving a driver’s key and paperwork unattended like that is unsafe and unacceptable. I will avoid this location going forward. They could definitely use some training — or at least better supervision.
