I had a great experience with the practice and Dr. Kelly Barnes! I am a recent new patient to the practice. Everyone there is friendly and the process is very efficient. All the staff are happy about their responsibilities, which sets the great energy for the entire practice. The practice offers late afternoon/early evening hours on couple of days each week, which is a tremendous help! Dr. Kelly Barnes is incredibly patient, and has wealth of knowledge. She clearly explained what was going on and presented a thoughtful plan for resolution. I am very glad I found Dr. Barnes and came to this practice.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Miller at Cary Family Eye Care. She is very kind, friendly, and professional. She took her time during my eye exam and never made me feel rushed. She patiently let me compare different lenses until we found the one that gave me the clearest vision. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Thanks to her care and attention to detail, I was able to see much better with my new prescription. I truly appreciate her patience and dedication. Excellent first time experience that exceeded expectations. Dr. Miller is very detail oriented and extremely thorough. Always listening and asking questions to ensure a full understanding. Office staff Kara was also engaging and on top of all the pre work needed for the visit. Overall highly recommend Cary Family Eye Care! You will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Kelly and this clinic. I had two back-to-back eye emergencies and she was so kind and helpful. One was while on vacation in Italy and she sent me her personal cell number and answered my questions at all hours when I was scared out of my mind with a retina detachment in a foreign country. She was with me every step and organized a referral for when I returned. I don't know any doctor these days that would do this, tbh! I would recommend getting your check ups here so you're a known patient if heaven forbid something happens like it did to me.
